Emma scrolled through the comments, shaking her head in disbelief. Knowing Kenneth the way she did, if he was actually dating someone, he’d admit it without hesitation. She couldn’t help but wonder, what kind of girl could possibly win Kenneth’s heart?
Charlotte scrolled through her own feed, her eyes growing colder with every “get out of the entertainment industry” comment she saw. She was wide awake now, any trace of sleepiness gone. She swung her legs out of bed and pulled on her jacket.
Emma and Eileen looked over at her, curiosity written all over their faces. “Charlotte, are you heading out?”
Charlotte nodded, her tone even as ever. “Yeah. I’m not coming back tonight, so make sure you lock up.”
“Alright,” they both replied at the same time, watching as Charlotte slipped out and closed the door behind her. Only then did they turn to each other, sharing a look.
Emma chewed on her lip, her voice barely above a whisper. “Eileen, don’t you think Charlotte looks a lot like the girl in those photos?”
Eileen hesitated, then answered quietly, “Maybe it’s just a coincidence. Charlotte has a boyfriend, and there’s no way she’d know Kenneth, right?”
Emma nodded, trying to convince herself. It had to be just a mix-up.

Things were starting to feel seriously out of control.
Eileen bit her lip, choosing her words carefully. “Do you think… Charlotte is seeing two guys at once?”
Emma just gaped, totally thrown. “I honestly can’t decide if I should be mad or just in awe of her right now.”
Charlotte had just walked out the campus gate. She checked her phone and saw her group chat lighting Up Andrew Shirley, and the

If her instincts were right, someone was definitely stirring up drama behind the scenes. Whoever it was didn’t just want to ruin bek
name-they wanted to drag Kenneth down with her.
Shirley messaged, “Charlotte, you need to clear this up. If it keeps spreading and the International Medical Department finds out, you could get kicked out of the competition.”
Kicked out? If she didn’t need to look into this herself, she wouldn’t bother with that place. Besides, there’s no way the department would actually let her go.
Charlotte replied, “No rush. Let whoever’s behind this have their moment.”
She figured this wasn’t the end of it. The real attack hadn’t come yet. They needed a bigger scandal if they wanted to really destroy her reputation.
After ending the chat, she opened Twitter. Just as she expected, gossip accounts had already dug deep into her past.
As a kid, she’d supposedly been sent away for mental health reasons, then returned home and managed to bankrupt her own family’s company, somehow still managed to get first place in the exams…
But here was the real headline: she’d apparently been flirting with two trainers
during physical training. There were even photos.
